Baseball Glove Repair

Repairing a baseball glove is a great alternative to buying a new one. Top quality gloves can cost $300 or more. Re-lacing an old glove can save you time, money, and the hassle of breaking in a new glove.

Re-lacing your old baseball glove can save you the trouble of having to go out and find a new glove. Old ball gloves will ware over the years and the laces will eventually break down. Instead of replacing the whole glove, often times replacing just the laces will return the glove to working order. In fact the glove will typically be better off than when it was brand new. The glove will be able to keep it's broken in pocket while tightening up the fingers. Below is one example of the laces being replaced in an old first basemen's glove.
